Bye, where are you. I am anxiously waiting some more baseball knowledge from the man who assured me the Tribe was going in the right direction. I need some counsel form the guy who swore I would disappear when the Tribe started winning this summer. Where are you genius, b/c I sure didn't know what I was talking about. You can get back to me sometime in 2010 the next Tribe playoff season.

He promised a future "eating crow" post on Fanhome this afternoon. I'm sure your post had nothing to do with it.

He posted on Fanhome this afternoon. I'm glad to see he is alive and well. Don't be too hard on Bye! He makes some good posts and I know he will admit it if he was wrong. He has already stated that this team can't win 87 games like he predicted.

If we just hadn't signed Ricky G, 90 wins was a certainty.

If we could get Luis Castillo, we could still win 90 games.

Alex,
It isn't only one batter that is causing us to fall short in the win column. It is a multitude of hitters.

Actually Alex,
Maybe we should say that Shapiro should have signed Sanchez instead...he is 5th in the AL in hitting now.
Hindsight is always nice... Just teasing you a bit.

Ah contraire. In fact, Ricky G at second instead of Luis Castillo has probably cost us to lose 5-7 games that we would have won.
